Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Sorted app and service. By using Sorted you agree to them. They work alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. The service
Sorted reads the screenshots, links, text and voice notes you send it, sorts them into lists and your calendar, and adds public details. Sorting is automated and can be wrong; check anything important, such as dates and times, before relying on it.
2. Your account
You can use Sorted without signing in; your saves are then tied to your device. Sign in with Apple, Google or email to keep them across devices. You must be at least 13 years old, and you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to what you save. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run Sorted for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Only save content you have the right to save.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Sorted to:
- store or share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
- get around usage limits, for example by creating accounts in bulk.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Sorted Pro and billing
- The free plan includes 20 credits a month. Sorted Pro includes 1,000 credits a month, and credit packs add 100 credits that don't expire.
- Sorted Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID at the price shown before purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- We may change prices or plan contents. Changes apply from your next renewal, and Apple notifies you of price increases as its rules require.
6. Third-party content
Covers, ratings and other details come from public sources such as TMDB, Google Books, Open Library and Google Places. We don't control them and can't guarantee they're accurate. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sorted running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut Sorted down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your saves.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sorted isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event or lost content, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Sorted and delete your account in Settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sorted after that means you accept the new terms.

Bu koşullar Sorted uygulamasını ve servisini kullanımınızı kapsar. Sorted'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşullar, Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ile birlikte geçerlidir.
1. Servis
Sorted, gönderdiğiniz ekran görüntülerini, linkleri, metinleri ve sesli notları okur; bunları listelere ve takviminize yerleştirir ve herkese açık detaylar ekler. Sınıflandırma otomatiktir ve hatalı olabilir; tarih ve saat gibi önemli bilgileri güvenmeden önce kontrol edin.
2. Hesabınız
Sorted'ı giriş yapmadan kullanabilirsiniz; bu durumda kayıtlarınız cihazınıza bağlıdır. Kayıtlarınızı cihazlar arasında korumak için Apple, Google veya e-posta ile giriş yapın. En az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir ve hesabınızdaki işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
3. İçeriğiniz
Kaydettiğiniz her şeyin tüm hakları sizde kalır. Bize bu içeriği yalnızca Sorted'ı sizin için çalıştırmak amacıyla saklama, işleme ve gösterme izni verirsiniz; buna Gizlilik Politikası'nda listelenen hizmet sağlayıcılara gönderilmesi de dahildir. Yalnızca kaydetme hakkınız olan içerikleri kaydedin.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Sorted'ı şunlar için kullanmayın:
- yasa dışı ya da başkasının haklarını ihlal eden içerik saklamak veya paylaşmak;
- servise saldırmak, aşırı yüklemek, veri kazımak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak;
- kullanım sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak, örneğin toplu hesap açmak.
Bu kuralları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabiliriz.
5. Sorted Pro ve ödeme
- Ücretsiz plan ayda 20 kredi içerir. Sorted Pro ayda 1.000 kredi içerir; kredi paketleri süresi dolmayan 100 kredi ekler.
- Sorted Pro, satın almadan önce gösterilen fiyatla Apple tarafından Apple ID'nize faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitmeden iptal etmediğiniz sürece süre sonunda ücretlendirilirsiniz.
- Aboneliğinizi iPhone Ayarlar'ında adınıza dokunup Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeleri Apple kendi politikalarına göre yapar.
- Fiyatları veya plan içeriğini değiştirebiliriz. Değişiklikler bir sonraki yenilemenizden itibaren geçerli olur; fiyat artışlarını Apple kurallarının gerektirdiği şekilde size bildirir.
6. Üçüncü taraf içerikleri
Kapaklar, puanlar ve diğer detaylar TMDB, Google Books, Open Library ve Google Places gibi herkese açık kaynaklardan gelir. Bu kaynakları kontrol etmiyoruz ve doğruluklarını garanti edemeyiz. Bu ürün TMDB API'sini kullanır ancak TMDB tarafından onaylanmış veya sertifikalandırılmış değildir.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Sorted'ı çalışır ve verilerinizi güvende tutmak için çalışıyoruz, ancak servis “olduğu gibi” sunulur ve zaman zaman erişilemeyebilir. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Sorted'ı bir gün kapatırsak en az 30 gün önceden haber verir ve kayıtlarınızı dışa aktarmanız için bir yol sunarız.
8. Sorumluluk
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Sorted, kaçırılan bir etkinlik veya kaybolan içerik gibi dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
9. Kullanımı sonlandırma
Sorted'ı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı Ayarlar'dan silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği Apple ID ayarlarınızdan iptal edin.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir; yaşadığınız ülkedeki emredici tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.
11. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler
Önemli değişiklikler yaparsak yukarıdaki tarihi günceller ve uygulamada size bildiririz. Bundan sonra Sorted'ı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
